Last week the Mayor enjoyed meeting volunteers of the Sutton Coldfield & North Bham Beekeepers Association Association at their Annual BBQ The Apiary at Sutton Park is a training centre for new beekeepers and all people involved who run the Apiary do this on a voluntary basis 🐝

Last weekend @Mayor_RoyalSC attended a Charity Breakfast orgainsed by Sweetfields Café & Bakery in aid of raising funds for YMCA Sutton Coldfield

The Mayor is looking forward to attending a community yoga class on Saturday, organised by Sutton Parivaar for International Yoga Day🧘 Yoga helps to promote positive health and wellbeing.

Pop Up Ping Pong Parlour🏓 @Mayor_RoyalSC will be attending the launch of a pop up Ping Pong Parlour in @scgracechurch this Friday The Parlour will be open until 20/06 for visitors to play ping pong for free. Participants of all ages are welcome to come along and have some fun

📢At tonight's Annual Full Council meeting Councillor Cindy Yip was elected as the new Mayor for The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield for the period of 2025/26 🎖️The Mayor will be supported by the new elected Deputy Mayor, Councillor Nitish Raut

The Mayor thoroughly enjoyed his visit to Mercia Grange Care Home to open their new Dementia Cafe which will host monthly events for carers and their loved ones 💙

This weekend the Mayor was delighted to attend an interfaith lunch to celebrate Easter & Vaisakhi, organised by local community group Yearn 2B.

The Mayor visited the Cancer Bus yesterday and meet @suttoncancersup and @NHSBSol. Specialists were on hand offering free health checks and offering advice what to look out for so we can catch any cancer early by taking part in any screening available.
