Help Find Her K!llers! In the photo is a young woman, Peace Moses whose precious life full of promises, was brutally cut short on the night of March 19, 2026, along Ada George Road in Port Harcourt. Peace was returning from a church program e - a place of hope, faith, and safety - but she never made it home that day. She was struck by an overspeeding convoy. Eyewitnesses say what happened next is almost too painful to process- multiple vehicles in that convoy reportedly ran over her. Not one stopped. Not one showed concern. Not one looked back. They left her there and she died on the spot from the multiple impacts of overspeeding vehicles by heartless humans. They took her life and drove on like nothing happened. Now let me tell you who Peace was... I didn’t know her personally until this tragedy began to trend. But the more I learned, the heavier this loss became. Peace was young, vibrant, and purposeful. She wasn’t just living - she was building. She was actively involved in positive social causes and even ran an NGO focused on empowering women. She had dreams with clear plans. A future she was already shaping. And in a moment of reckless disregard, all of that was wiped away. Why am I making this post? Because this is no longer just about mourning Peace. This is about accountability. This is about testing whether we truly want a better Nigeria - or we only talk about it. Right now, there is little to no concrete information about the convoy responsible. It all happened so fast that even those around her are still struggling to piece it together. But here’s the truth: We can find them and we must. This is a call to action... If you live or do business around Ada George Road in Port Harcourt, if your shop or building has CCTV cameras, we need you on this. Did your camera capture any convoy passing between 7:00pm and 7:30pm that night? Did you see anything? Do you remember a number plate, a siren, a vehicle color, or anything unusual? Even the smallest detail could be the missing piece. Because if we let this slide. If we stay silent. If we move on like nothing happened, then we are telling ourselves that some lives in Nigeria do not matter. And that must never be the case. These killers must not go free. Justice for Peace is not just about one girl-it is about sending a message that recklessness, power, and impunity will no longer be protected in this country. If you know anything, say something. If you saw something, share it. If you have footage, bring it forward. Let’s prove that we are not powerless. Let’s prove that we care. Let’s prove that Nigeria can be better- not just in words, but in action. Justice for Peace Moses. Justice for every innocent life lost to negligence and arrogance. #JusticeForPeace ~✍🏽Comrade Phils

I remember back in 2006 when my older brother was a 5th year medical student at Korle Bu and he caused a big family quarrel during a brief holiday in Lagos where he mentioned casually that he regularly administered blood transfusions to his patients. My dad believed that as a Jehovah Witness, my brother should decline to take part in any medical procedure involving blood transfusion on religious grounds. He didn't even want to know whether such a refusal was even possible under the terms of medical practise (it isn't) - all he knew was that 12 white men in Brooklyn who regularly spoke to "Jehovah" had decreed it so, and how dare us children from a JW family not prioritise those instructions over everything else. And because he convinced himself that his placenta was tied to these stupid Jehovah's Witnesses, he went on to lose his whole family that he spent decades building an empire for, and he died rich, miserable and alone. His first child got married and didn't even inform him because she knew he wouldn't approve. His 2nd child (my brother) invited him to his wedding and he declined because the bride was Catholic. His 4th child (me) got married and he was also absent, and he never met any of the 2 grandchildren he had before he died confused and heartbroken. And after thoroughly fucking up his life, the cult just wakes up one day and changes the entire fundamental doctrine that made him go to war with his own children. There is no way to quantify the damage that has been caused here, and even if there were, oyibo man is definitely never going to pay. As in my dad's case and in the case of every other brainwashed, spiritually lost black person, African wey no gree get sense, na oyibo go kill am. All we can do is cry over spilled milk now.

Jehovah’s Witnesses have revised their policy on blood transfusions, allowing members to have their own blood removed, stored, and reinfused during medical procedures. #UTVGhana

I want you to do something right now. Go to your kitchen. Pick up one item. Any packaged item. Turn it around. Read the ingredients list. Then come back here and tell me what you found. Just the first three ingredients. Copy and paste them in the comments. Let Nigeria see what we are feeding ourselves.

It should concern us all that in Nigeria, it is easier to organise for harm against women than to organise for accountability and better systems.

Many girls have reportedly been r@p£d and m0l£sted by men in Ozoro during what is being described as a “r@p!ng festival” in the area. According to multiple reports and videos circulating online, today is said to be the day of this festival in the Ozoro community, and girls are wvrned not to go outside. It is alleged that any girl seen outside could be att@ck£d and r@p£d by groups of men. Foreigners who are unaware of this situation have reportedly fallen v!ctim as well. There is Delta state university in Ozoro, and many female students may not be fully aware of the d@nger. It is distvrbing that something like this could be tolerated in society. This is heartbreaking, and urgent action needs to be taken.

FACT: That cooking oil you reuse three times is more dangerous than cigarettes. When oil is heated repeatedly, it undergoes oxidation. The fatty acids break down into aldehydes — toxic compounds linked to cancer, heart disease, and neurodegenerative conditions. One study found repeatedly heated cooking oil contains up to 20 times more aldehydes than the safe limit. Twenty times. This is standard practice in millions of Nigerian kitchens. Fry akara in the morning. Leave the oil. Fry plantain in the afternoon. Same oil. Fry fish the next day. Same oil. Every round of heating makes it more toxic. By the third use, you are not cooking with oil. You are cooking with degraded, harmful compounds. If you must fry, use fresh oil every time. Better still, cook with oils that are more stable at high heat: Unrefined palm oil. Coconut oil. Butter. Stop reusing oil. The naira you save is not worth what your liver pays. If you want a safer, practical way to structure your meals and cooking habits, send a message on WhatsApp: +2349118909688 for a well-structured meal plan. Tag someone who reuses frying oil.

I am angry today. And I am going to tell you why. I walked into a supermarket yesterday. Just to buy water. And I stood in the snack aisle for five minutes looking at what Nigerian parents are feeding their children. Every single item on that shelf was wheat flour, sugar, seed oil, and artificial flavouring. Every. Single. One. Biscuits? Wheat, sugar, vegetable oil. Chin chin? Wheat, sugar, vegetable oil. Packaged cakes? Wheat, sugar, vegetable oil. Fruit drinks? Sugar water with a picture of an orange on the box. Cereals? Sugar coated in more sugar and sprayed with synthetic vitamins so they can print “fortified” on the front. And the prices? A family spending 2,000 a day on snacks is spending 60,000 a month on food that is actively destroying their children’s metabolic health. For that same 60,000, you could buy eggs, fish, vegetables, yam, plantain, palm oil, and coconut oil. Real food. The kind that builds brains, bones, and immune systems instead of diabetes at 30. The food industry does not care about your child’s health. It cares about repeat purchases. And the easiest way to guarantee repeat purchases is to make food addictive. Sugar does that. MSG does that. Artificial flavouring does that. Your child is not choosing these foods. They are being engineered to crave them. And you are paying for the engineering. Read the label. Count the ingredients. If it has more chemicals than food, put it back on the shelf. Your child’s future is worth more than convenience. If you want a clear, practical way to feed your family without the confusion, send a message on WhatsApp: +2349118909688 for a well-structured meal plan. Share this with every parent you know.

HOW TO READ A FOOD LABEL IN 30 SECONDS Rule 1: Ignore the front. It is advertising. Turn the product around. Rule 2: Read the first 3 ingredients. They make up the majority. If sugar, wheat flour, or vegetable oil is in the first three, put it back. Rule 3: Count the ingredients. More than 7 and half sound like chemicals? It is a product, not food. Bonus: Hidden sugar names — Maltodextrin. Dextrose. Corn syrup. Glucose syrup. Fructose. Sucrose. Invert sugar. All sugar. Teach your children this. The ability to read a food label is a survival skill in 2026. If you want simple, practical guidance on what to actually eat without confusion, send a message on WhatsApp: +2349118909688 for a well-structured meal plan. Share this and tag your friends.
