@Flatcoon_Games Another bug: using the shotgun, if the first shot kills a critter, the second shot can also target the dead critter.

@Flatcoon_Games A couple bug reports since I'm not sure where to submit them. "Disguise" card is currently spelled "Desguise". "Few hours later" could be "A few hours later". Intentions could be a little clearer.

@erikdarlingdata Q on your CDC/Partitioning post. "...@allow_partition_switch...true by default...if you get an error while trying to switch partitions...fix it by...re-enabling CDC w/the correct parameter". But then you show enabling it... like the default.Why would you need to?

#SQLHelp I have a stored procedure that's called thousands of times a minute, concurrently by 20+ threads. How does an ALTER on it work? I assume it needs a schema lock to do so, but would it just start blocking new executions until the existing executions are done, then ALTER?

@Mike_Fal @GFritchey Reading through it, I don’t think it’ll work for what we’re doing. We want to migrate to Azure PostgreSQL “flexible”, & there doesn’t appear to be a way to restore a database from ABS as such; you have to do something like PGdump. We’re also investigating replication. Thanks!!

@GFritchey @Mbourgon Though as I read back to what you tweeted, I might be way off base. Not sure if you need a logical backup/restore or if something like PGBackRest will work.

@GFritchey been skimming your Postgresql articles (I'm a MSSQL dude), but had a question since you've been posting a bunch on it. I have 6tb in a on-prem PG db. Do you know if there's a way to restore backups to "Azure database for PG - Flexible Server"? Or is PGdump "the way"?tx
