Arrival & Landing spaces are equally important parts of a hotel or hi rise experience. Here's 4 different elevator lobby designs, all in our 800 Stewart project. As always we use @grok imagine to add movement to our sketch renderings. There is no AI design enhancement or embellishment. We work hard with the prompting to ensure that what is shown is entirely our original design intent.

An homage to our design for @Kimpton Hotel Eventi in NYC. The ballroom had a few more structural columns than desired but we decided to embrace that & drape them for theatrical effect. This also included McCartan designed ceiling fixtures and carpet. Thankful for this visionary development at 800 Stewart, downtown Seattle. One of few that kept us going thru' the pandemic. mccartan.com/Project800Stew… Working with renowned Architects Weber Thompson, this 53 story jewel was ready to break ground when funding challenge's arose. (not unusual in this business). It was a pleasure working with such an outstanding development team including: @lincolnpropco #WeberThompson @GLYConstruction #greystar #lincolnpropertycompany #HotelDevelopment, #RealEstateDevelopment, #HospitalityInvestment, #REIT, #CommercialRealEstate (Worth noting that we are also the lighting design consultant for our interiors project's.)

Our original mirror designs for Epiphany. Good Design has many attributes for those who touch, see and experience it. Sometimes 'a smile factor' is one of these. I was first attracted to design in my early days at Art college when I saw a senior student turn a conventional furniture concept inside out & upside down. I loved the unexpected twist and I loved the wit. Ever since then it is these 'punch lines' of design that often give me the greatest satisfaction.
