@TPEassist currently on the delayed 11:49 from Penrith to MCO with final destination of Hull. My connection at MCO is 13:37 to Leeds. Will this be held so passengers can catch it please? If not, what are my options to get to Hull? Thanks
Hi Rebecca, I'm sorry for the delay to your journey today. If you miss the connection at Manchester Oxford Road you will be able to use your ticket to board the next service to Leeds. Are you able to send through a screenshot of your ticket via DM so we can take a look for you and advise? ^Chloe
@AvantiWestCoast It's not been great, Miles, I understand the circumstances but the decision to allow our train to leave Preston was the wrong one resulting in it taking me over 5 and a half hours to get to work.
@AvantiWestCoast I'm on the 05:59 from PNR to WGN that has been diverted to Crewe via Manchester. We have been told to leave the train at Crewe. What happens then please?

@AvantiWestCoast Anne-Frances, Train Manager, on the 05:59 PNR service is fantastic. I travel regularly, she remembers what we've talked about and always stops for a catch up. Her interaction with all passengers is exactly what excellent customer service is about
@AvantiWestCoast I think the statement on your website needs to be clearer. It makes no mention of Advance tickets or cancellations. 3 people on my train this morning forced to get off by the train manager for having off peak tickets. All of them mentioned what they had read on your website.
