@PloughLaneByNum Curtis hated having to defend. Don’t really understand why we didn’t just give Asiimwe the ball every opportunity. That said we were crying for that to happen and the ball instead going down the left led to our goal.

@AFCWimbledon A very happy birthday! Could’ve been worse but fair going off other recent decisions of younger players.

@MisterGLS @wwfcofficial It’s very telling how none of the Wycombe clips showing the chaos include the actual play that leads to the throw in question. Very convenient.

@wwfcofficial Sounds pretty straight talking, which is always good. But ‘the linesman has got involved in a decision he shouldn’t have’ made me chuckle - the ‘decision’ was to award a throw to AFCW which a Wycombe player took 😂

@PloughLaneByNum What would be your preference with Hackford out yesterday? Keeping Matty Stevens who has now ran himself into the ground or introducing Sasu who has yet to really come good? Option C for me being able to bring on Foyo.

Great win. Two very different halves. Pleasing in different ways. 1st half total control. 2nd half needed to dig in massively. Big performance from Seddon. Bugiel & Stevens excellent, esp. 1st half. Reeves controlling things, so good on the ball. Lacked a bit of pace off bench.

@reesefletcher_ Someone said it's our best start to a season for 52 years but certainly in my time watching Wimbledon this is the most I have enjoyed it. Currently on an 8 game unbeaten run after 4 years without a win 😂

@PloughLaneByNum @WDownunder I am closer to the half way line and there is a small group where 1 or 2 single out Reeves for criticism. This was so noticeable than when Reeves scored and was given MOTM some fans aimed their approval in the direction of those criticising. Maybe it was a reaction to them??

@WDownunder I was in that bit of the West Stand yesterday and didn't hear anything negative towards Reeves. Maybe he heard something that annoyed him but think that might also just be his stock celebration!

Noticeable how Jake Reeves came over towards a section of the West Stand after his goal, with a steely knowing look towards a section of supporters, who had apparently been barracking him beforehand… youtube.com/watch?v=P5BwcL…

@14thefrog @AFCWimbledon @WomblesDream @9yrspodcast He's just so easy to tackle, runs into dead ends, and absolutely isn't a defender. Heads like Kyle Hudlin, jogs around like Piggot. I really, really want this guy to be good because he's one of our own and seems like a nice lad, but it's looking less and less likely.

Never fall in love with a loan player. 💙💛 Nathan Asiimwe (20) today: 1st for touches (71) 1st for successful dribbles (4/7) 1st (joint) for shots (4) 1st for ground duels won (8) 1st for tackles (4) And a goal to top it off. He’s got it all!! #COYD

@womblecoef Could you try and analyse previous betting punishments to predict what punishment is heading Foyo’s way?

@PloughLaneByNum That’s great news! My big concern this week has been where does a goal come from if we are 1-0 down and need a change. While I know JJ prefers Sasu, for me Foyo is the bigger threat.

I didn't realise we get 2 extra sub spots for the final. Should mean Foyo's gets a spot on the bench. Nice option to have. Would guess the 9 will be Ward, Ogs, Furlong, Ball, Maycock, Sasu, Foyo, Kelly, Pigott.
Rob Cornell@Dons_Sayer_WDON

Brushing up for Monday - 1. “Clubs will be able to make 5 subs from the 9 nominated. Clubs will have 3 opportunities during open play to make substitutions (not including HT). Multiple subs can be made during 1 opportunity.”
