@MarbleChristy The leap from basic to medium is huge as far as cost. A more fluid plan would be better. High traffic month? Get charged more that month. Traffic decreases? Go back down automatically. Have more tiers in between basic and medium. Medium is too much $$ for small business.

I really wish @getpantheon would change their upgrade/billing/notification process. Don't just bill a customer $1500 within a couple hours of sending a notification email of excessive traffic. Give a chance to sandbox & if it's done within minutes of the billing, give a refund.

Communication is the best way to avoid problems with customers. Having a fair policy is too. I’ll continue saying their service is amazing but for small business probably not the best option.

I hope they will work on sending out better warning emails about any potential hosting fee increases. Month before, 2 weeks, 1 week, and day before. Also charging a full year upgrade for potentially temporary traffic increase isn’t great. Just charge extra monthly until renewal.

@VZWSupport your service still absolutely sucks in this area of Waynesville NC. The entire main stretch of Russ Ave shows 3 bars but nothing loads as you can see in this screenshot. Something must be wrong with the towers here. It’s been like this for at least a few years.

Congress must pass $2,000 in direct payments and Trump must sign the COVID-relief bill. If not, tens of millions of Americans will lose their unemployment benefits, go hungry and face eviction. This would be a level of governmental cruelty not seen in our lifetimes.
