@ByClaireWilson @nodoubt the thing that cured it for me was actually flying. I had to go to the US to do a speaking engagement and was terrified of flying so didn't want to. But once I was in the air it got better. The simple truth is, you can't stay terrified for 16 hours solid. Good luck!
