Tennessee's drag ban has been declared unconstitutional.
This was absolutely and completely expected. The judge already paused the ban earlier and delivered a scathing critique of it when he did so.
Drag bans are so clearly unconstitutional, and its a farce they were passed.

A reminder to anyone who writes or tweets about space exploration the terms are “crewed, uncrewed and robotic” not manned or unmanned. NASA style guide (and thoughtful writers) do not use gendered terms for space flight. Women have been going to space for 60 years.
