I had to cut short my visit with ⁦⁦@southdoylehs⁩ Robotics in DC so I came to the school to see their lab.

This week our robotics team hosted our first Lego League camp. Students learned how to code and build sumo bots this week! Thank you so much to @educateknox for the grant to supply the kits. These kits will go to 5 of our South Knoxville schools to develop Lego League teams!

Students in Principles of Engineering & Tech worked with @SDHS_Library, using the design thinking process to develop and 3d print/laser cut signs for our shelves in the library! #soknostem

Getting hyped with elementary school kids to launch cones with robots!

We had so much fun showing off robots at Take Your Child to work day at @ORNL. We got the chance to hang with our friends @frc4265 and roane county robotics. We even got to see what our alumni are working on and tour the super computer!!

Thank you to @BXTN for the donations to South-Doyle CTE! Mr.Huettel will be able to use 3d printing in construction classes and @JimThomas6564's welding classes can use a new and accurate band saw.
