@GrantCatton When the head coach is a legend and winner like Tomlin, yes: the OC is taking the heat. For other teams with unproven head coaches, the head coach would probably assume an equal share of the blame. Anyone below a coordinator is catching zero heat.

Casual NFL fan (Steelers) here with a genuine question: Do Offensive Coordinators usually take the heat for a team not performing? Like what about Tomlin? Or the WR coach? Or the QB coach? Or the janitor? We're really convinced it's Matt Canada that is to blame?
