@NickyMCltd We just went ahead and changed ours in Dorset. We've changed our MCA assessment forms too for all our frontline staff. Courts and legal reps for P are critical if practitioners are still applying the old 2 stage test.

@McaDorset Should have said ‘done same’ not sand 😂 I must be thinking of beaches. The challenge with forms is that so much is specified in the schedule and regs about their content, that makes the job harder
