That would mean there are 6 democrat representatives and 4 republican representatives. The winning party (Dems in this example) would get 6 representatives in order of highest % of votes in their race. Then Republicans would get their 4 highest % vote share representatives.

Here’s how the house elections should be determined. The districts should be regionally based on state culture. All representatives of a state are chosen at once. Each district holds an election, D vs R every 2 years.

Amazing how many idiots can’t understand the concept of why we have an Electoral College. It’s already bad enough that campaigns only focus on battlegrounds. Now imagine if campaigns only focused on CA TX FL NY and IL. The Electoral College, though strained by modern politics, forces candidates to build coalitions. The people that feed the country may as well not even bother voting if we ditch it.
