it's surprising how much the UI of a harness changes its use case. while TUIs (claude code, codex, forge, etc.) feel like pair-programming, apps (t3code, codex app, etc.) feel much more independent. you can assign it a task and walk away
if TUIs are the new pair-programmer, then apps are the new intern
