Los pasajeros una vez que llegan a Venezuela son detenidos por las autoridades venezolanas, deben pagar una multa y pasar a la Fiscalía para resolver un problema legal por el delito por poseción de documentos falso. Para evitar esa situación las líneas aéreas se han visto en la necesidad de verificar la emisión de los Salvoconductos, obviamente muchos pasajeros se les ha informado que no pueden viajar porque el documento de viaje es falso. Resulta que funcionarios inescrupulosos en la Embajada de Venezuela en México y también funcionarios en Cancillería en Venezuela se han dado a la tarea de sacar documentos falsos para atender la alta demanda y es que los salvoconductos que les entregan a los solicitantes son totalmente falsos y por los cuales las y los ciudadanos están pagando al gestor los 60 Euros o dólares de arancel mas 350 US$ por comisión al gestor.
