Posterior urethroplasty (combined perineal/abdominal approach) after PFUI. 3-4cm obstruction between proximal bulbar urethra and prostatic apex. Humbling case, but had a great assistant in @MDLanzotti. @LoyolaUrology @SocietyGURS

Tough week, but also one full of ‘firsts’ - phenylephrine irrigation, reduction of a particularly stubborn paraphimosis x7days, and bedside SPT placement for a spinal cord patient with hx of AD. Just out here attracting learning opportunities. Thanks @betsykoehne 😳♥️💛
