Earlier in May, we had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Harriet Kung, deputy director for science programs at @ENERGY's Office of Science. Kung spoke with @ThinkEnergyCWRU students and spent time with the Breakthrough Electrolytes for Energy Storage (BEES) Center team.

A regional collaboration led by @cwru won a $1 million grant from the @NSF to plan economic, environmental and manufacturing growth across the region, supporting efforts to develop a robust and dynamic ecosystem for sustainable manufacturing. fal.cn/3yaqf

Robert Gao, chair of the @CWRU_MAE, has received the 2023 ASME Milton C. Shaw Manufacturing Research Medal, recognizing his significant fundamental contributions to the science and technology of manufacturing processes.
