It doesn't come from dinosaur fossils how dumb are you people. It took hundreds of millions of years for mostly algae and plankton to turn into oil. We can literally trace the biomarkers from oil and isolate the different chemical isotopes in the oil to understand how it was crated.

@Maximum2893 @CaptKylePatriot I work in the industry and we have wells that are 10K TVD; I have a hard time believing there was that much organic matter that deep, or that the earth turned over 10K feet worth of soil and rock for the organic matter to get that deep. Dinosaur fossils aren’t super deep either.

@CaptKylePatriot Earth does "create its own oil" but it takes a very long time and we are extracting it much faster than its replacement rate. It is in fact created from dead life. Not "dead dinosaurs" from all dead life.

9:00 AM Sunrise is more insane than most people realize. That's 1.5 class periods into school before the sun even rises. 2 hours into most blue collar workdays. That extra hour of daylight (in cold winter when everyone is inside anyway) from 5-6p isn't worth it at all.

I’m not at all surprised a 150gr core-lokt did not exit after impacting a human vertebrae. I’m also not a “believe the narrative” guy and am probably considered a conspiracy theorist to a degree. But I’m saying that it’s plausible it fragmented and didn’t exit, as someone with experience with that bullet and many others and their terminal performance.

Watching some MAGA accounts cheer for Norway and Haaland is absolute cinema.🎦 🇳🇴 They seem to see a 6’5” blond Viking and assume he’s some kind of ideological soulmate. I have a lot more experience on bullet performance than your random X poster. Experience with the exact garbage bullet used as well. As soon as I heard he used his grandpa’s rifle, I thought to myself, I bet it was a 150gr core-lokt because it’s the most fudd bullet around and lower 48’ers would be more likely to use a 150gr than an Alaskan, who would use a 180gr, more than likely. Once the bullet was confirmed, I was a lot less skeptical than I originally was. Now, if it was a swift a-frame, Nosler Accubond, or a Barnes TSX etc., I wouldn’t buy it.

Nope, but I don’t need to in order to know how different bullets perform on bone, flesh, etc. I’ve shot Sitka black tail where a more robust bullet than a core-lokt, with a higher sectional density than 150gr 30.06, moving faster didn’t penetrate because it hit two tiny little deer ribs.
