@nickyboy1886 For a 3-bedroom house, either a single 12L or a single 20L dehumidifier would be suitable. If the property has higher damp levels, colder rooms, or multiple occupants, the 20L would be the safer choice. Otherwise, a 12L will handle standard conditions effectively.

@meacouk hi, my arete 2 12l doesn't seem to be working as it should. Have had it 3 weeks, running to bring H down which it has but now it doesn't turn on every 30 mins to check the H level. If I turn it off and then on again, it will show a higher H level and start up again.

Loving my @meacouk Artete 2 dehumidifier, dries the washing in the house as well as reducing humidity with the result the air feels warmer so less heating required! It’s a win win situation and I am so glad I bought from this company as it looks good as well as works great 😊

@meacouk hi ive just bought the Arete 2 and when I've gone to download the app it says I can't because the app won't work on my phone. I have a Samsung s25 ultra with the latest Android software. I literally only bought this version so I could have access to the app 😔

@meacouk Is the MeacoCool MC Pro 10000 CH BTU meant to auto turn off when the water tank is full? mine decided to not do that & instead spilled water out everywhere all over the floor & by sheer luck i noticed & if it'd been 5 minutes more I would be dead from being electrocuted

@tophat_lady The 24-hour wait time mainly applies after heavy transit, like when it's been shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep — you can imagine the bumps along the way. If you're just moving it gently between floors at home, 30 minutes is perfectly fine.

@TMasters_ 2/2 Reconnecting and allowing the fan to complete a full oscillation cycle can sometimes reset this. As it's out of warranty we wouldn't be able to offer a free service, but do get in touch if you needed anymore help. -Meaco
