All necessary precautions are being taken in the plant to prevent the spread of illness among employees to ensure continuous operations. We will continue to follow EPA requirements and our emergency/contingency plan for pandemic events.

In the midst of the current coronavirus concerns, the MVSD would like to assure the public that your drinking water is safe. The CDC and WEF has indicated that there is no evidence that the COVID-19 virus survives the disinfection process for drinking water and wastewater.
