@MrRoflWaffles Sooo Ashes was sort of Tranzit remake ish. Astra had stuff about Shang. Just now we had a NUKETOWN zombies map and it looks like the next map will have something to do with Call of the Dead.. Didn’t Treyarch say at the beginning of BO7 that ALL maps would be 100% original??
@Treyarch Are there any plans for endgame post season 3. Perhaps a new map or more “end game content” such as future rift bosses and skills. Overall any reason to comeback to endgame.

A great example is Citadelle des Morts and The Tomb from BO6. Those maps combined could've been one of the best maps of all time. Citadelle is a cool map but the basement of the castle just leads to nothing interesting. Imagine if "The Tomb" was underneath the castle instead?
Maybe you keep the swords as the Wonder Weapons but then the Ice Staff is an additional Wonder Weapon you can unlock through a Side Quest.
I would just much rather see them go all out on a crazy map like that instead of spreading it between two separate maps.
Hot Take: I'd rather we get less Zombies maps with each Call of Duty if it meant the maps we got were bigger, more in-depth, and better quality.
I would honestly be more okay with 3-4 maps for the whole game if every map had the level of depth of maps from BO3, IW, or BO4 instead of getting 6 maps where maybe only 1 of them ends up being close to those maps but the rest just feel underbaked in some way.
Quality > Quantity
Prediction: Final Boss Fight will be a giant 3-headed hellhound
I'm guessing this because they already have a cool model for a 3-headed dog as part of one of the BO6 Bundles, the whole "Cerberus" thing was a big part of BO6 marketing (and partially BO7 marketing), Hellhounds seem to be making a return on this map anyways, and based on the rumors, it seems the map will likely have 3 different versions of Nuketown (fitting with the theme of a 3-headed enemy)
@MmmmDoughnuts21@KoreaJ1N I really loved the bo4 perk system but dying wish being added in was honestly the worse thing Treyarch did. For a system meant to remove crutches they brought one of the biggest one in the game.
I think it's genuinely fantastic.
The classic Perk system (WaW-BO3) and the Cold War system succeeded in making players feel their power progress throughout the match (Juggernog, especially). While being somewhat limited in playstyle variety.
The BO4 perk system succeeded in giving players the option to change their playstyle from game to game, depending on what they wanted to experience. While being somewhat limited in the feeling of progression (especially the lack of Juggernog).
The Augment system in BO6 and especially BO7 succeeds in blending these two elements really well.
It retains the progression of the classic Perk system while allowing for the playstyle variety of the BO4 perk system.
I often find myself changing Augments based on my weapons, the map I'm playing, if I'm doing high rounds or a Main Quest, or just want to test out a unique strategy.
It would genuinely be sad to see the system go without any replacement. It's one of my favorite things in all of Zombies now.
