That's a wrap on the 2024 lean-out season: Lost 50 lbs in 7 long, difficult, cranky, irritable months. Came close to stepping on stage to compete for the first time, but my heart just wasn't into it. I'm proud of the journey and don't need a medal to prove it. Maybe next year. 😉
