States must make vaccine plans their most urgent priority. The political process is too slow. For SW Missouri, get the vaccine in the hands of health systems, we vaccinate our patients, health departments and Community Health Centers fill in the gaps. Let’s go, shots in arms!

102 Covid+ patients, 2 PUIs. 5-6% asymptomatic positive rate, meaning for every 100 people there are 5-6 of us bouncing around infectious and don’t know it. This is broad community spread. I hear of so many at their work who don’t mask near colleagues-please protect others.

@SDECoxHealth How much would you pay to guarantee one of those 137 ventilators would be available for you or your loved one if sick from COVID-19? What if you didn’t have to pay anything? Would you be willing to simply stay home for a month?

CoxHealth Ventilator update: Started with 85, now have 127+10 about to be repaired = 137. We have 57 anesthesia machines, 12 more coming = 69. While only considered in an emergency, we have configured vents for multiple patients. Current number of patients on vent =24.
