For those who couldn't hop in, here is the recording for y'all! I'm grateful for all the people who turned in. Thank you.
I really hope there is something you can take away from it. Let's keep animating! 🫶🏽

@MechaLaranja @Spoony848 @_Stratuss_ Yeah, i cant do roughs with lines for the same reason, only solid shapes. Another skill issue i guess
English

@_Stratuss_ @Spoony848 These are the previous, current and next frame of the mass (no shadow).
FXs animated on different layers will always feel a little disconnected. I only seperate layers for compositing needs, not personal comfort, unless I'm confident it won't be detrimental to the overall motion.
English

@MechaLaranja @Spoony848 LOL is this all one drawing on a frame? I generally split up my details onto a different layer (slower of course)
English

@Spoony848 @_Stratuss_ As for onion skin, I never use it because when I turn it on I can’t see sh- Well you know, I usually animate with the lasso tool, and with how detail heavy most FXs are, the density of information makes the onion skin unreadable to me. Skill issue on my part probably.

@INTROTHOUGHT @IsThisA3DModel Are you asking if the 3D character in this scene is Ai generated? It was modeled and animated for Arcane season 2 by Fortiche's team, sculpted by Ladislas Gueros: artstation.com/artwork/V2N2bZ
