@chilternrailway On one of the Mk5 sets for the 0706 from PR to Marylebone. Already full before it has even left. Lord knows what it's going to be like when we get to Beaconsfield. And yet the First Class carriage is completely empty. It's a ridiculous concept; scrap it now!

@AvantiWestCoast What on earth is going on at Wigan North Western? After several hours of delays already we were kicked off the '1907' from Preston and moved onto another already busy train. We were told there has been a points failure but no updates since.

@chilternrailway Thank you, but the point is that I and plenty of others (judging by your replies) have complained about this repeatedly already and nothing has been done. It has been like this ever since it came back into service and needs to be fixed.

@chilternrailway I'm currently on the 0706 from Princes Risborough to Birmingham Moor Street. The unit concerned is the refurbished 168 106. How can it be that after over six months in service the charging sockets on this unit STILL do not work?

@chilternrailway I can't believe that the 0721 from PR to Marylebone is only 3 coaches this morning. How do you expect anyone to fit on such a ridiculously short-formed service?

@chilternrailway How can it be that months after its introduction the power sockets and WiFi on your refurbished unit 168003 STILL do not work? What kind of refurbishment is it that makes the facilities you provide WORSE than they were before?

@chilternrailway Yeah, I know that, but how long will this take to clear? We were told nearly 30 mins ago that police were on site. We've been on this train for over 1 hour and 30 mins and we're still not past West Ruislip. And now no updates at all.

@chilternrailway Tiresome though it is to be delayed by a trespasser on the line, your driver on the 1615 from Marylebone to Oxford has been excellent at keeping us updated as best he can.

What could make a journey on @AvantiWestCoast even more pleasant when it is already scheduled to get into London an hour later than normal? How about an additional hour's delay and a lack of A/C in the only unreserved carriage on a packed train? What joy!

@AvantiWestCoast I appreciate that you can't change it yourself but perhaps you could alert someone on the train. No train manager has come by to ask and I don't want to lose my seat on a busy train going to look for them or trying to find a seat in another carriage.

@MedHistoryMan Sorry to hear that, Michael. We can't alter it from here, but if you mention it to the team onboard, they should be able to alter it slightly. However, if it is broken in the coach you're in, please switch coaches to see if that helps - Mike

@AvantiWestCoast Can you do something about Coach G on the (massively delayed) 1639 from Lancaster to Euston? It's horrendously hot, and there has been no explanation or anyone to ask about turning the AC on.
