@ThomasDagonneau It is explicitly mentioned as part of their job here at Polytechnique Montreal in their collective work agreement. Is it different in other universities? I could not tell

@MedTech_Tom Yeah if it’s stated loud and clear I can agree with that, however I agree with your point that in the end faculties are paying multiple times: researchers to do their work (including peer-reviewing), and to get access to the articles ! I feel that is an issue too.
