Pursuant to state law, his arrest triggered an automatic home investigation to determine the safety of his four children. This investigation led to his wife, Kendra's, arrest and the removal of their children. Prison phone calls reveal Kendra and the entire Duggar family are standing with Joseph, and they all seem to think God is on their side against what they view as attack by the enemy. No acknowledgement of the seriousness of his crime and what it's done to his family. Joseph Duggar pled not guilty. And Joseph and Kendra are kicking her family out of the home they gifted them in retaliation for turning him in.
