This article by @MediaMatthew and the REAL headline are both actually very reasonable summaries of the current situation heading into Flight 9. Whoever came up with this sensational post and image did him a big disservice

@sbarky38 I've asked them to take it down. I will certainly push for a conversation about workflows and accountability.

@MediaMatthew It's a shame that these bad social media decisions end up causing the writers to catch the ire of the public (most of whom won't read past the Twitter post). There has to be some accountability.
