@MediaSuper such a shame this Fund has gone down hill since CBus take over Fund has received money but not allocated to personal account in 7 business days even though ATO states they have 3 to allocate No help what’s so ever from helpline

@MediaSuper I am trying to see my transactions from January 2023 until today and cannot access them even though I am logged in . Just a message saying they are unavailable and a number to call. Only 1800 number. No email nothing . Useless to me in the UK . Please advise

@MediaSuper It’s almost two months since I was signed off work with a heart condition. I’m trying to make an income protection claim, but because of the merger I’ve fallen into a black hole- I don’t even know if my claim documents have been received. No call backs, in spite of promises.
