@justice4kelseyf No one "hides" to smoke weed. Possible crack or meth. His parents are peer volunteers for other parents with kids and substance abuse issues. Usually, if you are a peer, it is because you have firsthand knowledge in your own family. Very thin for a firefighter in my opinion.

Did you know police & firefighters in Massachusetts can’t smoke (Tobacco or Marijuana)? A lot of people don’t realize that in Massachusetts, police officers and firefighters aren’t allowed to smoke at all — not tobacco and often not marijuana either. Here’s the simple reason why. 1. Tobacco is banned because of disability pension costs Back in the 1980s, MA passed a law (Massachusetts General Law Chapter 41, Section 101A) saying anyone who smokes can’t be hired as a firefighter or police officer, and anyone hired after 1988 can be fired for smoking. Because police and firefighters get very generous disability benefits — and if they develop heart disease, lung disease, or certain cancers, the state automatically presumes the illness is job‑related, meaning tax‑free pensions and full health coverage. To avoid paying huge disability costs for smoking‑related illnesses, MA banned smoking entirely as part of this benefits deal. 2. Marijuana is restricted for public-safety jobs Even though recreational marijuana is legal in MA, police and fire departments can still ban it. Because these are safety‑sensitive jobs, employers can enforce zero‑tolerance policies. Marijuana is still illegal federally, and many public‑safety positions follow federal guidelines. The simple summary: MA banned smoking for cops and firefighters to protect taxpayer‑funded disability pensions and reduce preventable health risks. The law says no tobacco, on or off duty. I was busy watching the Super Bowl and having a life so I didn't see your post. I see you received a preservation letter. I had nothing to do with that. Last night you voluntarily made yourself part of the story by calling me in the middle of the show while you knew I was live. I agreed to have you on and let you say your piece. That was the entirety of if. I felt bad for you because you're clearly being conned by a career criminal who beats up women and the elderly, which clearly you are OK with. As for the Wilbur, you messaged me 3 days before the show and told me that you purchased raffle tickets for a chance to win donated tickets. You apparently entered the raffle and according to your message, you withdrew your entries because you found out they were in the mezzanine, not on the floor. Not that it's any of your business, but the tickets I donated to the 2 women from Winnipeg were NOT raffled off. Those were given to me separately and instead of raffling them off and making more money off of them I just gave them to the Candian women. I gave them to them out of the kindness of my own heart because they flew across the continent to watch me. Apparently you felt entitled to those seats, and my kindness to them upset you. But let's be clear - every donated tickets that we raffled off were given away to the winners of the giveaway. You didn't win. That's why you didn't get the floor seats. Just like Alex, you are not a victim. I did indeed say sorry to you the other day, but that was because you had a health issue that prevented you from purchasing seats in the upper balcony. I was sorry you couldn't attend, because you clearly wanted to, and I felt bad. I felt bad for you, which clearly I shouldn't have. I was not sorry for anything related to the raffle, because entering a raffle doesn't guarantee you will win. You were always nice to me in messages, even if it was a little creepy and you kept referring to yourself as a motherly figure to me. But you were nice, so I was nice back. You called into my show last night because you decided to insert yourself into a story that had nothing to do with you. I was nothing but kind and respectful to you when you were on. I didn't think I was going to "destroy" you, because you don't matter. I didn't destroy you, I destroyed Alex, Randall, and every other idiot who promoted Alex's lies about sexual abuse. I noticed you mentioned my kids, particularly my daughter, because that's just the kind of degenerate lowlife you apparently are. My daughter and son are loved, well taken care of, and have 2 wonderful homes they can go to for comfort. Anyway, I'd say that I'm sorry that you're "disappointed and ashamed" of me, but I'm not. You are clearly an easily duped, mentally unbalanced, attention seeking boomer, who decided to insert herself into a story that has nothing to do with her. According to sources, last night Colin Albert and Brian Albert Jr (the cousin Colin had to say happy birthday to in person during the middle of a blizzard before allegedly leaving 5 minutes before John O'Keefe arrived) allegedly got into an altercation at an engagement party at the Landmark in Dorchester and were kicked out of the bar around 10:30 PM. Colin can be seen in this short video chirping at a middle aged man with gray hair across the bar. After leaving the bar the Alberts and Colin's friends reportedly waited outside and proceeded to jump one of the middle aged men they were arguing with inside the bar. Three BPD cruisers pulled up within minutes, but didn't stay long. Colin was not reportedly involved in the jumping, but was one of the instigators inside the bar. Regardless, the energy that the Alberts walk with when they go out drinking in public, and their constant inability to avoid threats and physical altercations, is further evidence that they are nothing but thugs. Now imagine what they would do if a drunk middle aged man stumbled into their homes and disrespected the family patriarch, Brian Albert Sr.
