@MedicalGuardian I’ve been on hold now for almost 20 minutes to get my device activated. It said the wait time was 5 minutes. Also you didn’t code my lock box. My first impression is not so good.

@MedicalGuardian your device failed to notify us of my mom’s fall. Upon calling to notify your agents of that the response was, “that’s unfortunate.” I then asked to cancel but never receive the email containing the document to sign!
