The accusation by Johnston Mayor Polisena that emergency medicine physicians "are in this to make money," is disgusting and out of line. I have given up financial opportunities because of my passion for EMS. I demand a public and written apology from Mayor Polisena. 3/3

I chose to pursue a fellowship in #EMS and subspecialize in order to advance the practice of prehospital medicine and bring advanced emergency medical care to the streets. RI bill #H6282 and #S860 serve to cripple innovation and slow progress for EMS in RI. 1/3
