🔬🌟 Our Science Fair takes place this Thursday morning! Selected classes will present their findings as part of British Science Week. We’re so proud of their creativity and curiosity.

🔬🌍 British Science Week begins! Pupils are exploring Our Sustainable Future through creative, hands-on projects designed to inspire curiosity and innovation. We can’t wait to see their ideas develop! #BritishScienceWeek

On #InternationalWomensDay we celebrate inspiring women past and present. Pupils learn about figures such as Mary Anning and Oldham’s own Annie Kenney, exploring courage, equality and determination through our history curriculum.

💬 Parent meetings will take place from 16th–20th March. Appointment slots will be shared via the Arbor app, with evening meetings available on 18th March. We look forward to working together to support every child’s progress. 🌟

We’ve had a wonderful #WorldBookDay at Medlock Valley! EYFS & KS1 snuggled up in PJs to share favourite books with parents, while KS2 impressed us with creative vocabulary costumes and a word parade. A brilliant celebration of reading and language! 🌟

🏛️ Year 4 Ravens will be visiting Manchester Museum tomorrow to support their Roman history learning. Experiences like this help bring the curriculum to life and inspire curiosity in every child. ✨

📚✨ We’re excited to celebrate World Book Day on 5th March! EYFS & KS1 pupils can come in pyjamas, parents are welcome to read with children, and UKS2 will dress as a word for a fun vocabulary activity. 🌈📖
