STOP BLAMING AGING. YOUR SKIN IS TRYING TO DIAGNOSE YOU!!!!!!!! 1) Dark circles that sleep never fixes are not tiredness they are your kidneys and adrenal glands waving a red flag at you. 2) Yellowish skin around your eyes and palms is your liver quietly announcing it is overwhelmed and needs immediate attention. 3) White spots on your nails that you dismiss as nothing are your body whispering that zinc has gone missing from your system. 4) Dry cracked lips that chapstick never fixes are your body asking for vitamin B2 and iron not more moisture from the outside. 5) A blue tinge around your mouth is your cardiovascular system telling you oxygen is not reaching where it needs to go. 6) Patches of darker skin on your neck and armpits are your body displaying insulin resistance long before any doctor confirms it. 7) Tiny red dots appearing on your chest and arms are broken capillaries signalling that vitamin C and K levels have dropped dangerously. 8) Extremely dry skin in winter that lotion never solves points to essential fatty acid deficiency not just the cold weather outside. 9) Rashes that appear and disappear on their own are your immune system reacting to something internal you have not yet identified. 10) Peeling skin around your fingertips when you are not dehydrated is your body asking urgently for more B vitamins and zinc.
