The old event marketing playbook is not working anymore. Why? Because of the sudden exit of Baby Boomers from the market. Generation X has been skipped, and now Millennials and Gen Z are the biggest consumers of events. This is a seismic shift for the event industry.

I love love love shopping at @Nike but the in store experience is very different than when you call to inquire about a product. Feels like they don’t want to talk to you and this has been at not 1 but 3 different stores in 2 different states. Wondering if it’s the store culture.
