@WeAreOpenCoop @epilepticrabbit Maybe take one of the simple accounts, up to 10, 20 or 50 participants, and share the account login between you 4?

@epilepticrabbit @WeAreOpenCoop Depending how much budget you have available and how many members and how intense your meetings, you can better take one membership level or the other. -> multiuser: you create user accounts for all your session hosts -> simple account: you can set up multiple rooms for teams etc

@epilepticrabbit @WeAreOpenCoop Yes, tiers are per meeting room. After all we apply a Fair Use Policy: no hard policed limits, but soft: we encourage user members to contribute as they can in relation with their overall use.
