Everyone NEEDS to read The Lost Cause by @doctorow if you are suffering from any sort of apocalypse anxiety, whether from Nazis or climate change or anything else, it's a story of a realistic bleak future and yet it's optimistic as well as incredibly inspirational and defiant

@UcmRich @MegaCrit Thank you for your response, I'm working through some hefty textbooks on game design and prototyping which use unity atm. Once I've learned the Meta skills of design, I will bounce out. Always prefer to move to open source anyway.

@Megadirt @MegaCrit yes you should… well tell ya what, download Godot v4.1.2 or the upcoming v4.2.0 and give a test run. ive seen that most people stick with Godot after giving it a real go after a few days thru a couple weeks. if you get stuck or need help, check out the GodotForums.org
