NCAA programs are paying a 3rd party upwards of $50k (or more) to sign & get one international athlete into the country. With reduced roster spots the opportunities for US high schoolers is dwindling. This should be getting more attention @NCAA @USTFCCCA

@wada_ama THE FALLOUT: It’s not development. It’s athlete trafficking. These athletes are treated like short-term investments Meanwhile, clean athletes lose out. And scarce scholarships/roster opportunities are pulled from U.S. high schoolers. I believe we can do better.

College Track was way better because the university at least had an infrastructure to support athletes. Pro track has no infrastructure, even after all the great athletes who came before us. Spectators only watch every four years.
