🚨 BREAKING: @SecKennedy announces that the FDA is initiating the removal of broad, black-box warnings from hormone replacement therapy products for menopause: "For more than two decades, the American medical establishment turned its back on women. Millions of women were told to fear the very therapy that could have given them strength, peace, and dignity through one of life's most difficult transitions — menopause. That ends today."

Women don’t just run on a 24-hour cycle, so why do our calendars? After discovering patterns in my own cycle (headaches on the same day every month), I’m building Nadi: a simple overlay that adds your cycle phases into Google/Outlook. Join the waitlist 💜 nadi.health

How about not shaming or restricting but rather enable sharing & access to information, which is nuanced & qualified, for individuals to make their own informed decisions. Experts disagree all the time, who is to determine who is right & wrong? SB brings both sides to the table

🙄 BBC now going after @StevenBartlett for sharing ‘health misinformation’ 1. The irony 2. Why are the ‘experts’ BBC quote right over the ‘experts’ SB brings on his podcast (& visa versa) bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@morellifit Thanks for sharing! Crazy that Phthalates, which as mentioned interfere with the body's hormone system, are also found frequently in women’s sanitary products - pads, panty liners & tampons!

Thank goodness there are some natural solutions starting to appear on the shelves in the UK, albeit usually at a higher price point

🧪 We all know exposure to certain chemicals can be harmful to our body, why does this not matter in design of period products?

Dr. Casey Means Wows Liberal Audience and Gets Them to CHEER for RFK Jr.'s HHS Nomination “If we were crushing it [at health], we would not be spending 2x every other country in the entire world and have the lowest life expectancy of any developed country in the entire world.” “We are the sickest of the top 11 high-income countries in the world. We have the highest infant and maternal mortality rates, and our life expectancy is 10 years less than our friends in Japan and Switzerland right now.” “The words 'chronic illness,' as far as I know, never came out of the Harris campaign's mouth. And I think that was a real misstep because Americans are, I think, tired of being gaslit about the fact that there's not a problem right now. And when we look around us, we know there is.” “And Trump has asked RFK to do three simple things. He's asked to get the corruption out of the U.S. health agencies, produce uncompromised evidence-based research for our health guidelines, and reverse the trends of the chronic disease epidemic in two years for children and adults so that we can show up for our 250th anniversary of America stronger than ever. That sounds pretty good to me.” (Audience Cheers)

Once diagnosed a woman is twice as likely to be overmedicated or experience adverse drug reactions than a man… well yeah because the drugs aren’t being tested on us… 🤦‍♀️

🙋‍♀️🚫Our health systems are built on the assumption that male health and physiology are the standard. Female subjects have routinely been excluded from healthcare research & were only legally required to be included in clinical trials in the US in the 1990s.

Tracking my menstrual cycle and understanding it through the lens of seasons 🌞🍁❄️🌸 has literally been a game changer, anyone else? (Not on a pre-diagnosis apps like Flo, but through listening to my own body & tracking it in my own way)

When I talk about menstrual health I appreciate people might think 'oh just accept it & get on with it', those people don't really understand the symptoms or that they are a result of the way we live in society - rushing around stressed.
