Fake NSS Personnel: 80- and 90-Year-Olds & Manipulated Biometric Data Exposed An investigation has uncovered major fraud in the National Service Scheme (NSS), with 80- and 90-year-olds registered as service personnel. In the 2022/2023 service year, 93-year-old Nimatu Salifu, 91-year-old Ruth Abdulai, and 82-year-old Mahamadu Ali were listed as UDS graduates and posted to various schools. Despite claims of biometric verification, fake IDs—including doctored school and Fire Service ID cards—were used. A single student ID registered two different people, while 72-year-old Kwame Donkor was enlisted using a random photo later identified as a Kenyan HR manager.
