If person earns 2-3 lakhs a month, you will have one of the best life in India with all basic luxuries. The American dream was broken long time back. So many of my friends have returned from US in last 2 years. If you ever want to move out consider Singapore or some Asian country. Not even Dubai. But honestly if you have family in India I would still say staying here is the best. It has its challenges but still nothing like India🇮🇳
Sann@san_x_m

His name was Srinivas Kuchibhotla. Born in Hyderabad. His parents called him Srinu. He came to America in 2006 for his master's. Graduated with a 3.85 GPA. Worked his way up from software engineer to aviation programs manager at Garmin in Kansas. His manager said one thing about him. Top of his class kind of guy. He built a home in Kansas with his wife. Painted the walls himself. Installed the garage door himself. A few weeks before he died, they had a doctor's appointment. They were trying to start a family. He would have turned 33 on March 9. On February 22 2017, he and his friend Alok stopped at a bar after work to watch a basketball game. An ordinary Wednesday evening. A man there had been watching them for weeks. Told others they looked like terrorists. That night, he walked up to their table. Poked Srinivas in the chest. Demanded to know their immigration status. Shouted get out of my country. Other patrons threw him out. He drove home. Got his gun. Changed his shirt so nobody would recognise him. Came back. He fired eight rounds. Srinivas died that night. As the killer fled, he told someone he had just killed two Iranians. Srinivas was Indian. From Hyderabad. Eleven years in America. Not one complaint against him. Not one rule broken. His mother had asked him many times to come back if he ever felt unsafe. He always told her he was safe. His body came home to Hyderabad in a coffin. His mother wailed as it was carried through the streets in a flower laden carriage. She said she would not allow her younger son to go back to America. His father said whatever was destined has happened. The killer got three life sentences. Srinivas got a funeral at 32. He did everything right. Degree. Visa. Job. Taxes. Never raised his voice at anyone. None of it was enough. His name was Srinivas Kuchibhotla. Every Indian in the US deserves to know it.

Monday Gap down ??

#WATCH | US-Iran peace talks | Islamabad, Pakistan: US Vice President JD Vance says, "...The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement. I think that is bad news for Iran much more than it's bad news for the USA. So, we go back to the US having not come to an agreement...they have chosen not to accept our terms." "...Whatever shortcomings in the negotiation, it wasn't because of the Pakistanis who did an amazing job and really tried to help us and Iranians bridge the gap and get to a deal. We have been at it now for 21 hours and we have had a number of substantive discussions with the Iranians. That's the good news. The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement. I think that is bad news for Iran much more than it's bad news for the USA. So, we go back to the US having not come to an agreement...they have chosen not to accept our terms." Tweets like this mislead people about option selling. Someone with ₹100Cr net worth not knowing basic hedging is highly unlikely. No serious seller runs large naked positions without risk management. The real issue isn’t option selling — it’s poor risk control. Fear-based narratives often push retail traders toward costly option-buying courses.

Sad realty of Option Trading The owner of a five-star hotel in Delhi lost 100 crore in option selling! He used to sell out-of-the-money Nifty calls and puts. He sold truck loads of out of money Nifty call post budget. but after the India-US trade deal, the market opened with a gap-up and everything was wiped out. 😱💸 #OptionTrading #StockMarketLoss #NiftyOptions

How to make money from stock markets:- 1) Move 50%+ capital to the US Markets. 2) Invest only in firms that are growing more than 20%+ CAGR 3) Buy these firms only when they are at least 15% down from peak. 4) Buy in 3 tranches (eg. NVIDIA right now is 15% down from peak). Buy 33/100 units of your intended buy now 5) Sell a Put Option (for your 2nd tranche). Make income. 6) If your stock goes to an all time high. Sell a covered call 15% out of money. Make income. 7) Collect 20-40 high quality stocks. 8) Pay 0% commissions. 9) Do the same on Indexes: if the Index is 5% down from the top, stay 50%+ invested. 10) If it goes down 10% from peak, stay 90% invested. 11) If the market goes at time high and above, stay 20% cash. 12) Rotate capital. No need to pay anything to "course sellers" like me. Or fund managers, who are SIP salesman. Learn to manage your own money. Compound your knowledge. Growth your wealth.

Historically, covered calls on the index have turned out to be a losing strategy. I’ve personally burnt my hands twice. First with Infy in my early days when the stock just took off after quarterly results, and more recently with MCX. I was bullish on the stock, sure, but I never in my wildest expectations saw a 35% move in a single month. When a stock rallies 35% and you’ve written a covered call just 10% away, all those tiny monthly premiums you collect for 15–20 months get wiped out in one go. Your assumption that the loss will only be 50% of the rent collected is completely off. When a ₹10 option becomes ₹15, nobody is changing their view or rushing to close their call. The real dilemma begins when the price is just 3–4 strikes away from turning your Option to ATM, and that same ₹10 option has blown up to ₹70–₹80.

I have a 2.5Cr positions on Meta. Now, I will collect 15-16% yearly rent on these stocks. Here is how:- 1) I own 400 stocks of Meta. My acquisition cost on my last 200 stocks was around 600$ 2) I will NOW sell a call option at 695 expiry. This is a 28 day call. For this, I will make 860$ 3) That's roughly: 860$/60,000$ investment= 1.433% yield on 28 day basis. 4) This is 20%+ CAGR just through renting Meta. 5) Now: some of you would say: that covered calls is a risky strategy. What if the price hits 695$. And, you are forced to sell your stocks? 6) Two points:- a. If my stocks get sold then also I am making pretty good profits (15.8% in gains + 1 month rent) b. In case, I don't wish my Meta to get sold off, I can do something called "rolling over" my positions. What this means is that: if I don't want to sell my Meta stocks at 695$, I can cancel my rental contract (and kind of refund the premium with a penalty -- some loss on rent). How much loss would happen in rolling over? It depends on a lot of things. But, in the above example: the loss is likely to be around (30-50% of that month's rent). Now, the magical part is: that I can immediately create a new rental contract: and collect a new premium (let's say another 860$) And, keep taking this bet. Most people make losses on options because they don't make it part of their core portfolio. And, neither understand how to manage risks. If you use it sensibly (especially in good markets like the US), you can make decent cash flows. I teach this and much more on my global community: wisdomhatch.com/courses/global…

Didi… bas ek doubt 26300 se 36000 in 16 months is 26% CAGR Yeh Nifty chal rahi hai ya early-stage startup? Aur startup hai toh March 26 kardoh
Aakanksha Gupta@aakankshalovely

Must read 💯 I am seeing Nifty touching 30000-30600 by March 2027. Technical reason is that market is now breaking from 13 month consolidation range whose low was 21800 level and high was 26200. Difference of 4400 points which is the target for March 2027 Fundamental Reasons are outlined below Bank Nifty will lead as inflation is at decadal low and RBI will go for rate cuts. We already had Income Tax and GST cuts which will create good demand in the economy. In US also they are going to appoint Trump confidant as Fed Chair who is seen to be favoring rate cuts. Nifty IT already has given nil to negative returns last one year due to AI rally and now with AI stocks seeing profit booking we will see Nifty IT also slowly go towards ATH of 46000. Nifty metals will be in demand because Trump is willing to have good economic relations with China which will lead to overall good metal demand globally. Nifty Auto already was in bullish zone last 13 months as auto demand is growing at good pace in India due to construction of roads and highways. Nifty Pharma and Nifty FMCG are two sectors which may give sub par returns as compared to Nifty as they as mostly defensive sectors which people like to load in bearish markets. Add to this any positive news on Indo US trade deal and markets will be on fire So overall stage is set for a 4000-4400 point upmove in Nifty over next 12-15 months. Enjoy the rally !!

The latest annual increment has raised our driver Dayanand Bhaiya’s monthly salary to Rs. 53,350 plus insurance, one-month Diwali bonus, and a scooty. He joined us 13 years ago at Rs. 15,000 and has since become an integral part of our family while building his own life. His three children are well-settled in good jobs and happily married. He continues to live frugally, with unwavering punctuality and discipline: wakes up at 4:30 a.m., sleeps by 8:30 p.m., is never late, and always carries a smile. He isn’t just our driver; he is our trusted partner. He drives our children to classes, holds duplicate house keys, knows our ATM PIN, handles all important errands that don’t require our presence, treats me as his own (addresses everyone in the family as tum and not aap) and is someone I trust blindly with the safety of my family and myself. He saves us time, mental load, and effort. In return, all he ever wanted was trust - which we gladly gave. He has been one of the best uses of our money, and I can’t wait for him to reach ₹1 lakh per month in the next 5–6 years. 😊
