@i_am_caffeine I placed an order from your website ,the invoice mentions the right products but the ones delivered are wrong. Tried contacting via call but they don’t let you talk to support. I have emailed my problem it’s been 2 days and no resolution. Kindly HELP.

@OLX_India I already sent an email yesterday and received a reply to buy a new sim as my account won’t be unblocked. The only mistake I can think of is that I logged in the same account from two phones. I didn’t know that wasn’t allowed. Also I can’t send a dm to you unless I’m verified.

@OLX_India My olx account was suspended without any reason mentioned. Support helpline wasn’t working. I wrote to customer service & they told me that my account was suspended a year back which is not true because I posted an ad 2 days ago. They refused to revert the suspension.

@OLX_India your contact helpline never works. Never able to convey my issues to the support executives.

I was told that I will have to take anew sim if I want to use olx. This is utter nonsense. The customer service executives need to listen to the customers and address their issues instead of giving non logical solution. Help me revert the suspension @OLX_India
