Back in 80s & 90s when I was employed as a field arch, 'banter', crappy comments & blatant sexism were common, we dealt with it day to day. It's so bloody depressing that it's still here - I now get it as a female researcher. Good for @Megs_Digs in calling it out #OutOfContext
