#DrumRollPlease It's been a pleasure working with pupils @Ysgoltycoch for our joint @Arts_Wales_ songwriting project. Pupils have used @ThinkSmartbox's #Grid3 to play in the Xmas music video independently. Others have used AAC to write the lyrics. #Choicemaking #Communication

@landg_uk I've had Critical Illness Insurance with L&G for years. In 2020 I was diagnosed with cancer & put in my claim. The Ombudsman got involved & gave their directions in March '23. L&G are now ignoring me & have not followed the ombudsman's directions. Leaders in the field??
