Crime and fighting is a way of life. Park and leave your car in a black neighborhood versus a white neighborhood. See what happens

@BubbleAss16 @irlPiccolo @WUTangKids That’s because there’s no such thing as a rural black county. Blacks live mainly in the cities where their percentages are diluted by the population. Go into a city, the majority of government assistance is handed to black people.
