@Jewelxo No i actually get what you mean! I kinda do the same when talking to people, its not disingenious or anything, its just adapting. I do it because of either empathy or stress. I hope maybe this makes you feel better!

I strive to be the most authentic version of myself everyday but let me tell ya … that can get real confusing when sometimes you don’t know who the heck you are 😵‍💫 I’m still really awkward talking to people lol I have such a habit of like morphing into the person I talk to. It’s a total accident when I do it, an unconscious act. Now that I’m more of aware of it though I’m less on autopilot while talking so now I kinda overthink sometimes when I speak to people. Do I sound crazy? Probably lol. I’m also learning how to better explain the thoughts in my mind, this can be a struggle for me 😆
