It wasn’t that straightforward and Aziz handled being cancelled with grace for many years. When TOs with more seniority & with massive influence over other TOs decide to block someone from reentry the problem is not social media - it’s a direct afront to many player’s source of income, social interaction, and place in society whether you want to hear that or not. In Aziz’s case the TOs then transferred all culpability for the banning of Aziz to the CSRP in order to escape any blame. It is no coincidence that the CSRP popped up after Aziz’s subway incident in which he lost his right foot. Up until then he handled his social media. You are grossly discounting the influence that these TOs have & that is why at present there is a ban list of over 500 players.

Solidus’s heroic virtue lies in his refusal to submit to unseen control, seen when he risks everything to expose & dismantle the Patriots’ system, even knowing it will cast him as the enemy of the very world he’s trying to free. Outside of Solid Snake, Solidus maybe the only real heroic character in all of Metal Gear franchise.
