What's for dinner, team? Tonight, it's "pasta al forno" for us — which (don't tell my Nonna) is basically Italian for "pasta bake". Loaded with veg, ricotta, meatballs and then topped with mozzarella and grilled. The trick is cook the pasta in the sauce, just add extra liquid.
