I've seen enough to know @ChudTheBuilder needs soldiers around him. He needs backup in case things like this happen. Most of the time he is outnumbered yet still has the courage to speak his mind and to exercise his constitutional rights. What we are witnessing in this video is yet another wrongful detainment of someone who was only trying to protect their belongings against vile thugs who wanted to act violent and did so in the video no less. **Chud call a good lawyer and sue the pants off the police department for this unlawful detainment.
