Bad Future: Basic Definitive Edition, really only a graphical overhaul.

We know manga/anime utilize sexual elements as a gag just as much as they use them as a serious element. Mineta is clearly the former.
If we were supposed to take it serious, there would be clear indicators in the story.

intersectionality is needed to examine many aspects of life.
the problem comes when something, like art, purposefully focuses on one identity construct, and people demand that it takes a more intersectional approach. a construct can stand on its own sometimes.
